1025 DOKDO TONER 100

A hydrating toner built on deep sea water drawn from below the East Sea near Ulleungdo Island, using a patented protease enzyme to gently exfoliate dead skin cells while panthenol, allantoin, and betaine soothe and balance the skin.

After cleansing, soak a cotton pad with the toner and sweep it over the face (or apply with clean hands and pat in). For a leave-on soothing pack, soak pads and leave on the face for 5-10 minutes.
