1. After cleansing, gently wipe the embossed side of the pad across the face, moving from the center outward while avoiding the eye area.
2. Flip the pad and use the smooth side for a second pass to tone and refine the skin.
3. Lightly pat the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
4. Follow with your favorite serum and moisturizer.
   

For sensitive skin, begin using 2–3 times per week and gradually increase to once or twice daily as your skin builds tolerance. During daytime use, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen as the final step of your skincare routine
